We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless an error was made by us.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
